The Law Students’ Society is an integral part of life on campus for the student of law at the University of Melbourne. The society aims primarily to facilitate, encourage and improve the quality of education in law. The society also acts as a link between students and the professional world by providing a forum for the discussion of legal issues through lectures and publications and by offering careers support.
As well as its more serious responsibilities, the LSS also has a lively extra-curricular and social role, which has enriched the lives of generations of law students.
